Following the success of our Q1 and Q2 AAM Town Hall, we are thrilled to announce our September AAM Town Hall, live on September 26th from 9 – 10:30 AM PT / 12 – 1:30 PM ET!

Welcome to CAAM’s Quarterly AAM Town Hall, your trusted source for the latest updates on advanced air mobility operations, policies, and regulations in Canada.

For the September AAM Town Hall, we’re thrilled to welcome Adam Bakos, Project Certification Manager at Transport Canada. Adam will provide key insights into Transport Canada’s organizational structure, focusing on how certification is integrated with the AAM Integration Team. He will also explore the validation of foreign AAM aircraft under bilateral agreements with the FAA and EASA, highlighting how this process applies to both existing aircraft and new, incoming models like AAM and eVTOL. In addition, Adam will discuss Canada’s partnerships with other civil aviation authorities (CAAs) and share common challenges and opportunities.

In the NAV CANADA segment, we are excited to welcome Josué Morissette, Airspace and Traffic Management expert from Transport Canada’s Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems task force. Josué will provide an overview of the RTM trials, including a recap of Phase 1 and a deeper dive into Phase 2, covering the companies involved, timelines, key learnings, and next steps for further engagement.

Each town hall will feature key updates in the field of AAM from our national authorities. AAM Town Halls are organized and facilitated by CAAM, serving as a digital platform to coordinate, communicate and bring together the external stakeholders of our national and international AAM ecosystem.

As the national, authoritative voice for AAM in Canada, we are unifying the industry together to identify opportunities, concerns, and challenges alongside our national authorities.

Don’t miss this opportunity to stay at the forefront of AAM advancements in Canada – we look forward to seeing you there!
