Welcoming ITPS Canada to CAAM
We are proud to welcome the International Test Pilots School (ITPS) to the Canadian Advanced Air Mobility (CAAM) member ecosystem. As the only school of its kind in Canada, ITPS brings world-class flight test expertise, academic excellence, and a strong collaborative mindset to the national conversation on the future of aviation.
Who is the International Test Pilots School (ITPS)?
Founded with a commitment to excellence in flight test training, ITPS is one of only eight internationally recognized Flight Test Training Schools worldwide. Based in Canada, it is also an EASA-approved training organization (ATO), delivering Civil Pilot CAT-1 and CAT-2 Flight Test Ratings and Lead Flight Testing Engineer courses for both fixed- and rotary-wing aircraft.
ITPS also offers a Master’s-level academic course for both military and civilian customers, with recognition from both the Society of Experimental Test Pilots (SETP) and the Society of Flight Test Engineers (SFTE).
Significantly, ITPS is expanding its offering in the field of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) and Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), forming strategic partnerships with similarly minded champions of the UAS industry to deliver both Flight Test and Advanced Training opportunities for RCAF and Allied Military partner nations, as well as government, industry and academia.
