CAAM Delegation Trips

On November 10, CAAM’s business delegation travelled to Doha and Abu Dhabi for a week of meaningful dialogue and connection. Through meetings with government, industry, and airports, delegates explored practical opportunities to advance sustainable aviation, strengthen international partnerships, and share Canada’s growing expertise in the evolving field of Advanced Air Mobility.

On Sept 10, our delegation came together for an unforgettable experience visiting Unither Bioélectronique in Bromont, Québec and BETA TECHNOLOGIES in Burlington, Vermont. The energy, openness, and vision from both Unither and BETA made this trip a truly inspiring experience. The insights gained and relationships built will continue to guide and accelerate the path forward.

On Jan 27th, CAAM led the delegation trip to California, engaging with some of the world’s leading AAM pioneers—Joby Aviation, Archer, Wisk, and NASA Ames Research Center. This visit provided invaluable insights into aircraft development, certification progress, and airspace integration, reinforcing the importance of international collaboration in advancing AAM in Canada.

CAAM is truly honoured to have collaborated with the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to welcome the world to Montréal for the first-ever Advanced Air Mobility Symposium. From Sept 9-12, 2024, we witnessed the global visionaries and trailblazers come together in a way that signals the bright, collaborative future of Advanced Air Mobility (AAM).
